Terms of Service

IncidentForge is operated by Vladyslav Verkhusha. These Terms govern use of the IncidentForge website, customer portal, desktop application, documentation, subscriptions and licensing services. By purchasing, activating or using IncidentForge, you agree to these Terms.

Product and license

IncidentForge is local-first software for organizing incident evidence, timelines, indicators, findings, recommendations, review and report delivery. A purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software during the applicable subscription or agreed deployment term. It does not transfer ownership of IncidentForge software, documentation or brand assets.

Trial is an internally managed evaluation path. Professional and Business are subscription product modes. Business includes five pooled workstation licenses; each activated workstation selects Analyst, Reviewer or Approver. These roles are not separate commercial quotas. Special Deployment is separately agreed and is not a public Paddle Checkout plan.

Subscriptions, renewal and payment

Professional and Business plans are recurring monthly or yearly subscriptions. The billing interval and price are shown before purchase. Unless canceled, a subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method held by Paddle. Applicable taxes and the final checkout total are determined at checkout according to the buyer’s location.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for public IncidentForge orders and handles payment processing, billing documents, applicable sales taxes, subscription-payment inquiries, cancellations and eligible refunds. Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Privacy Notice also apply to the checkout and transaction.

Delivery and activation

After a successful payment is confirmed through the signed payment event, the corresponding entitlement is made available through the customer portal or supported activation workflow. Access can be delayed while a payment is pending, under review or disputed. One active workstation consumes one pooled workstation license.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a subscription through the management link in the Paddle transaction email, through Paddle’s buyer portal, or by contacting support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents the next renewal. Refund and statutory withdrawal rights are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for lawful use of IncidentForge, the accuracy of operational decisions, the content placed in your deployment and protection of account, activation and one-time sign-in credentials. IncidentForge supports documentation and review; it does not replace qualified incident-response judgment, legal advice or mandatory organizational procedures.

Prohibited conduct

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass licensing or workstation controls, redistribute unauthorized copies, remove ownership notices, interfere with service operation, or reverse engineer the software except where applicable law does not permit that restriction.

Customer data and privacy

You retain ownership of customer-created incident records, evidence and reports. The local application is designed to keep incident content within the customer-controlled deployment. Account, billing, entitlement and activation data are handled as described in the Privacy Notice.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website, portal and licensing services available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security work, provider outages or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability. Material changes to these Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date; changes do not reduce non-waivable rights.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a provision conflicts with mandatory law, that law applies to the extent of the conflict and the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Support and notices

Email support@incidentforge.net, call +380 75 110 1196, or use the Support and Sales page. Do not send incident evidence, report contents, passwords or activation secrets by email.
