Refund and Cancellation Policy

Public IncidentForge purchases are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. This policy explains how cancellation and refunds affect IncidentForge access and should be read together with Paddle’s current Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

Canceling a subscription

You can cancel through the “Manage subscription” link in the Paddle transaction email or through Paddle’s buyer portal. If those routes are unavailable, contact support@incidentforge.net or call +380 75 110 1196.

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents further renewal payments. Access remains subject to the confirmed subscription and entitlement state until the effective cancellation date.

Requesting a refund

Refund and withdrawal requests should be submitted through the support link in the Paddle receipt or at paddle.net. Eligibility is determined under Paddle’s policy, applicable law and any additional non-waivable rights. Unless required by law, transactions are generally non-refundable; Paddle may also consider discretionary requests under its current policy.

Technical or product problems

If a material technical problem prevents access to the purchased product, contact IncidentForge support first so we can investigate or restore access. If the problem cannot be resolved, you may also contact Paddle with the issue details and our response.

Effect on entitlement

An approved full refund or payment reversal ends access associated with that payment. A chargeback or disputed payment may temporarily suspend access while it is reviewed. Historical transaction, subscription, entitlement and security-audit records are not silently deleted when access ends.

Additional workstation licenses

Business includes five pooled workstation licenses. Additional licenses are role-neutral and may be scheduled for removal for a future billing period. A reduction cannot be applied below active or reserved usage. Paddle’s confirmed subscription change and preview determine effective timing and any factual proration.

Special Deployment

Special Deployment, custom capacity, air-gapped delivery and manual invoicing are governed by their separately agreed commercial terms. They are not public Paddle Checkout purchases under this policy.
