Intellectual Property
IncidentForge is operated by Vladyslav Verkhusha. This page explains the ownership boundary between the IncidentForge product and customer-created content.
Copyright protection
IncidentForge software, source code, compiled application, website content, documentation, diagrams, visual design, original icons and graphics, and product report templates are protected works to the extent provided by applicable law.
Product and customer ownership
IncidentForge does not claim ownership of customer-created incident records, evidence or reports. A purchase or subscription grants the applicable use rights; it does not transfer ownership of IncidentForge software, documentation or brand assets.
Product name and logo
IncidentForge and its logo are product and brand identifiers. This page does not claim that the name or logo is a registered trademark and does not use the registered-trademark symbol.
Permitted use
Customers may use the licensed application and the documentation for their IncidentForge operations within the applicable entitlement. This permission does not transfer brand ownership or permit use of the logo in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement.
Prohibited use
Do not copy or redistribute unauthorized software, sell modified copies, remove ownership notices, impersonate IncidentForge, create confusingly similar branding or use the logo without permission.
Third-party rights
Third-party libraries, standards names and trademarks remain owned by their respective owners. References to MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, CISA, ENISA or ISO 27035 describe supported or aligned workflow boundaries and do not imply sponsorship, certification or endorsement.
